Group training can be a way to find the extra motivation you may be missing. Bodydoctor Team Training is not just a show up and take part in a regular exercise class, you become a fundametal part of the session and integrate with others to complete tasks and exercises as a team. From strength sessions to high intensity training, you can guarantee you will get your arse kicked and feel muscles you didn't know you had!

There is something which will suit everyone. If you are looking to improve your fitness, energy levels, functional strength and change shape in record time, this is the one for you. This session revolves around lots of time based workouts, using multiple joint exercises ensuring your heart rate is kept nice sky high and energy expenditure is maximized.
If you are looking to rapidly change you body shape increasing your muscle mass whilst decreasing bodyfat, this is the one for you! Using the gravity training system, Barbell and Powerbags, we have modified strength exercises to suit the session. You'll be pushed to the limit of your strength, each session working through a full body strength routine. The correct lifting techniques are taught to each person to ensure safe and efficient movements are always carried out.
