Select your stretch from the menu options on the right.
These are your Pectoral muscles (also known as Pecs). They cover the whole of the chest.
These muscles help to draw the arms across the body and to rotate them inwards
There are two major muscles in this group - the Trapezius and the Latissimus Dorsi (or Lats).
The Trapezius lies across the back of the neck and shoulders and elevates the shoulders, and also draws the shoulder blades together and downwards.
Your Lats pull the arms down and back, and helps to rotate them inwards.
