This exercise may be contraindicated for some indviduals with back, shoulder or arm problems, high blood pressure, arthiritis, obesity or during pregnancy.
The most common error in executing the knee push-up is to lower the hips and pelvis to the floor rather than the chest.
Maintain a straight body throughout the movement; do not arch back.
Keep head aligned with the spine; focus on the floor.
