Stretching Exercises

Stretching exercises are an important part of any fitness programme.

Stretching helps to:

  • Maintain and improve your flexibility.
  • Keeps your joint supple.
  • Reduce the risk of injury while you are exercising.

Select the muscle grouping from the right hand menu to view our selection of stretches for those muscle groups.

Always stretch when the muscles are warm, and before you do your main exercises.
