Exercise: Abdominal / Waist - Full Body Stretch

Starting Position:

Lie flat on your back on the floor and reach both arms overhead.

Keep legs extended with feet together.

Actions To Execute Exercise:

Simultaneously take a deep breath, left rib cage and reach with both arms and legs, as if you were trying to elongate the body.

Relax, exhale and repeat

What The Exercise Does:

Stretches the arms, shoulders and torso.

Precautions / Contraindications

None.

Fitness Training Tips:

This is an excellent exercise for relaxation.
