To Whom It May Concern
I have suffered from a back complaint since 1996. This initially involved very severe spasms and a period of total immobility lasting fifteen days. Since then I have been left with residual numbness and tingling in my left foot, and spasms and back aches have recurred quite frequently.
In December 1998 I consulted a specialist and an MRI on my lower spine showed a large central disc coneation at L5/S1 with some caudal migration of the fragment anterior to the thecal sac extending into the epidural space. I decided not to opt for a surgical solution.
Since starting the programme at BodyDoctor Fitness I have felt much stronger in my lower back, and those occasional niggles in my back have passed very quickly and I've felt my posture and overall well being have improved significantly.
Sincerely,
Nick Mottram
Bodydoctor,
love the program - I purchased it from you after the Sunday Times and I can almost feel it working, for the first time I actually _want_ to go down to the gym and work-out.
What I wanted to ask was whether you had any recommendations for a program when overseas? Typically I am spending 4 days every other week in Italy, where the hotels have v. limited (if any) facilities. Any recommendations for how I can continue with the program when abroad? I have some ideas, but know and understand your 'edict' to stick to the program exactly.
Thanks in anticipation,
Andrew Scheele
I recently purchased the Bodydoctor training regime after reading about the amazing results obtained by one of your testers in the Style section.
I regularly take 8 to 10 hours exercise per week in the gym using the machines, but have not been totally satisfied with the results, mainly as a result of a lack of suppleness.
I am now in the second week of using Bodydocotor and am quite amazing with the results after only four sessions.
It's certainly much harder than my former regime, despite the fact that I have to use lighter weights.
I have noticed already a loosening up my body, which was not there before.
When I have completed the six-week suggested trial session I will advise on the results.
Thank you for bringing this excellent training system to my notice.
Yours Faithfully, John H Rhodes
David just a short note to thank you and your awesome team(bobby, Keith and
Kris) for coaching me to a peak state of physical and mental fitness. In just
six weeks my level of vitality has reached new heights and through the CUTTING
EDGE coaching you and your team have empowered me to be able to train with
confidence on my own and take my personal fitness to the next level. You have
created an excellent atmosphere in which to train and I can only liken it to
joining a family. The family is supportive when required but is honest enough to
push you when you need it most. Probably the most significant achievement is that
you have made training fun which has driven me to get out of bed at hours in the
morning that my wife Clare thought was impossible. She wants to know the
secret.!!!! The real reason i have been able to motivate myself is that the
programme works. The results i have achieved have surpassed my highest
expectations. You guys walk your talk and have a PHD in helping your clients get
the results they want. Finally i would like to personally thank all of you for
the great crack we have had together and assure you that i will push myself to
new levels of fitness and vitality. This is only the beginning. See you soon for
the next level of MASTERY. All the best Richard.
David ,
I subscribed to your book last year and have to say it was probably the best 40
quid I have ever parted with.......The tummy has gone down some 7 cm's without
any real change to my diet (using the word dier very losely here!)
I do have one area of concern......that area being from the belly button and 4
inches below. Whilst the abs and the area above the navel have performed
miraculously , this bit below is hanging around like a bad smell. It has reduced
, but not at the same rate as its higher cousin , and therefore looks
pronounced.
Anything you can suggest?
Also I notice that the book I have is the beginners...what is the leap required
to the next level...?
Once again many thanks , and a sceptic no longer am I!.
Cheers ,
Brian Lavelle
