Case study. 13.06.02. final installment.
2 months on. just before she returns home.
Her weight has really started to change. All the puffyness around the tummy and legs has gone. She now has more hour glass figure and has gone down 2 dress sizes.
There is no trace of the panic attacks, not even before her periods, no more of her debilatating pmt symptoms. The interesting thing to me is that few people associate pmt with the state of the gut.
She is now very positive about the future and all the opportunities open to her with jobs etc. her family no longer irritate her and she is happy to be starting afresh, but on her terms. she has really grown up.
I explained to her that there would still be ups and downs from time and that she must keep her blood sugar level, i have given her the tools now she must use them.
She will stay on her acidophilus, and use a digestive enzyme when stressed and always with dinner. she must keep with her oil and omega 3 powder drink mid am and mid pm. she will carry on with her few prunes at night to keep her blood sugar steady over night and prevent constipation. she must drink her water and a week before her period she will take her homeopathic drops because that is when she needs a little extra help.
Here are a few tips that helped her along the way.
Always use papaya and lime with fish especially sea food.
Have a glass of warm water with ½ tsp of rosewater after food.
A few soaked chopped almonds with her prunes at night.
Lots of rocket salad, which is much less wind forming than lettuce.
Her family think they might come and see me now which made her happy. at last they are recognising that she is quite capable of making the right choices!
She has promised to come and see me on her next trip to england and i look forward to seeing her in her new bright life.
