These sessions will put your cardiovascular and strength systems through their paces and sometimes push them to the limits...sometimes you need to find another level and go to new depths to get to where you really want to be.
All based around the gravity training system, which adjusts in seconds for different exercises and also to the users individual ability, we can make sure the both of you work out to your highest level! From there we include kettlebells, powerbags, medicine balls, barbells and bodyweight movements to challenge different areas of strength and cardiovascular fitness! The intensity of the workout will depend on the programming but you can be sure that whatever happens, you will be buzzing from the achievement of successfully completing the workout and immediately looking forward to the next!
