Bodydoctor Health & Fitness are delighted to announce the launch of an exclusive personal gym membership, solely for residents of The Grosvenor Estate.

Commencing in August 2023, the Memberships application process is open.

Situated on Eaton Square, with over 3,500 sq ft of training space, comprising of three private studios and two treatment rooms. We are offering you the ability to experience the luxury, privacy and safety of exercising, as if you were in your own home gym, alongside your own qualified and professional Personal Trainer, to motivate and guide you through your paces.

Over the past 30 years, Bodydoctor Fitness have worked tirelessly to redefine the ethos of personal training. We believe exercise should put your body back into balance: improving flexibility and range of movement whilst increasing structural strength and cardiovascular function.

Through continual personal support, expert knowledge and goal tracking, we will ensure that you achieve the maximum results possible.

Now for the first time, we are excited to be offering exclusive annual packages of personal training and Pilates memberships, all in a private fitness facility for Members.

Membership will initially be capped at 30 members, with a waiting list of 20 further memberships. This will be on a first come first served basis.

Membership benefits either include one PT session a week with the option to purchase further discounted sessions with a trainer as required, or optionally to have Membership only with the ability to book personal training as required for Members who travel frequently.

A maximum of four members will be allowed to train at any one time and only our Trainers and Members will have exclusive access to the premises to ensure that the facility is always safe and private.
