Golf Exercise

Bodydoctor Golf is built on a foundation of educating golfers on the importance of the body and how it relates to the golf swing. 

As we know there is no right or wrong way to swing the golf club however there are certain movement practices that need to be learnt to efficiently translate the force of the body in to the golf ball. 

Weight training has for too long been frowned upon in the golfing sector with people believing it will ‘bulk them up’. This is a myth that needs to end, in fact, if you are not weight training then you are missing out on a very important skill set that is essential to swinging the golf club consistently well.  

Through this heightened body awareness and postural correction golfers will learn how to appropriately distribute the force necessary to hit the golf ball more consistently and to play pain free round of golf.
